Commitment of confidentiality - Information art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003

We wish to inform you that the D. Legs. n.196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of people and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

Provision of data

The provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure or partial execution of the contract / the failure to continue the relationship.

The data controller

Rights of the interested party - Legislative Decree n.196/2003

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code:

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain an indication:
    • of the origin of personal data;
    • the purposes and methods of treatment;
    • of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools;
    • of the identification details of the owner, responsible and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
    • of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a representative designated in the territory of the State, of managers or in charge.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    • update, rectification or, when interest there, the integration of data;
    • the cancellation, the transforamation in anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those of which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    • The attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except for the case in which this fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected law.
  4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    • to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of advertising or direct sales material or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.
