we wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree. n.196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

Purpose and methods of processing

The data will not be communicated to other subjects, nor will it be disseminated.

Provision of data
The provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data could lead to failure or partial execution of the contract / failure to continue the relationship.

Rights of the interested party - Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code:
- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
- The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- the origin of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identification details of the owner, managers and the representative designated pursuant to the art. 5, paragraph 2;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
- The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
