Payment

What are the payment methods that Bon Bon accepts?
Bon Bon Verona offers you the possibility to pay in different methods: by credit card, debit card and Paypal. You can check out with Apple Pay too.
Are there any risks paying with credit card?
No there aren't at all, all credit card data are not seen or in any way accessible by us, they are directly sent to a Secure Server (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) by our bank or to the Paypal's secure checkout.
Do you sell products to other shops?
No we're sorry, Bon Bon sells only to private clients.

Orders, shipping and returns

How much is shipping to Europe countries?
Shipping is always free for orders above 150€. Under 150€ shipping cost is 15€. You can find further information in the section "Shipping and delivery".
How can I know if my order had been received by Bon Bon?
When you check out, after payment has been confirmed, you receive an email from Bon Bon with the confirmation: products type, quantity, price paid, payment method and shipping address.
How can I know if my order has been shipped?
The same day we ship your order you receive and email of shipping confirmation and a tracking code.
Which shipping method do you use?
Bon Bon usually ships everything with UPS courier in Europe. In Italy we use both SDA or Bartolini.
What happens if the courier can't find me at home for delivery?
You will be contacted by the courier to arrange the delivery, it's usually the next working day.
You can either contact them to arrange the delivery.
Since this it is extremely important to leave a correct shipping address when submitting the order. You can add the telephone number so that you can be contacted directly if necessary.
Can I pick up my order directly in store?
Yes you can, during the check-out process if you choose the pick up option delivery you can come here once you receive the email that the order is ready.
Can I return an item?
Yes you can. The items you return must be unused, in the original package and with all the original labels unbroken. Returns must be shipped back within 10 days after you received your order. For further information see our page about returns. qui.
