GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
BB srl with registered office in Verona, via Cappello 12A, VAT number 05045550232, registered with the Verona Chamber of Commerce, under number. of the companies register 402697, is the owner of the site http://www.bonbonverona.it (hereinafter “Bon Bon”).
Introduction
By using the services available on www.bonbonverona.it you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Contract described in full and without reservation (hereinafter the “Conditions”).
These Conditions apply to all orders placed, by any means provided below, for all items and services offered on www.bonbonverona.it.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract which has as its object the sale of movable property between BB srl and the consumer (hereinafter "Customer") must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Bon Bon. Acceptance will be sent by Bon Bon to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when placing the order. By placing an online order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, to have understood them and to fully accept these Conditions and the payment conditions as provided by Bon Bon.
These Conditions and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Bon Bon, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Bon Bon. Any changes and/or additions to the Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from said date. The latest updated version of the Conditions is the one available on Bon Bon. Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print or save an electronic copy of these General Conditions of Sale.
Purchase methods
The Customer can only purchase the Products present in the Bon Bon electronic catalogue (hereinafter the "Products" or the "Product") at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.bonbonverona.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image attached to the descriptive sheet of a Product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, dimensions and accessories that may be present in the figure.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Bon Bon by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer at the time of purchase. The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Bon Bon guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
Bon Bon reserves the right to cancel orders deemed unreliable without notice. In this circumstance, if the Customer has made the payment and it is already credited, Bon Bon will immediately cancel the total amount of the order.
By purchasing through the site Bon Bon, the Customer will receive from Bon Bon a summary e-mail, with which you will be informed that your purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated by e-mail or telephone sent by Bon Bon within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the summary email.
Once this deadline has elapsed, the Internet Contract is to be considered perfected.
Payment methods
All prices include VAT and are displayed next to each product.
Prices on the website www.bonbonverona.it may be subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs will always be displayed automatically together with the order total and before the payment process begins.
Bon Bon provides several payment methods:

Credit card
Payment can be made with traditional credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, prepaid cards, via Shopify's secure server. At no point during the purchase process Bon Bon is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that they will be intercepted. No computer archive of Bon Bon contains or retains such data. Under no circumstances Bon Bon can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use by third parties, upon payment for Products purchased on the Sites. -
Pay Pal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the login page of the PayPal secure server.
The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired.
In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance of Bon Bon, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
Cancellation of the order is possible until the moment in which it is not yet being processed. Required to cancel the transaction, under any circumstances Bon Bon may be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the committed amount by PayPal. At no point during the purchase process Bon Bon is able to know the financial information of the Customer.
Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of Bon Bon contains or retains such data. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Delivery methods and costs
For orders placed on www.bonbonverona.it the goods can be sent to your home via express courier, or collected at the store Bon Bon in Verona.
Home delivery
Bon Bon can only accept orders for delivery within the territory of the Italian State.
All orders are delivered within 2-5 working days via SDA express courier.
In the event that in the same order there are Products available for immediate delivery together with Products to be ordered, the order will be processed in a single solution upon arrival of all the Products not immediately available. Bon Bon however, it reserves the right to process orders even partially.
The aforementioned delivery times are for indicative purposes only and, although usually respected, Bon Bon no commitment or guarantee of compliance with them is assumed.
In no case, therefore, can they be placed at the expense of Bon Bon direct and/or indirect damages due to delayed delivery.
In the case of multiple purchases, at the same time, by multiple Customers, Bon Bon reserves the right to verify, upon receipt of the order, the availability of the Product and, failing that, to promptly communicate non-acceptance of the order sent.
Bon Bon carries out electronic tracking of its shipments every day to verify their success. In case of difficulty we always take action to try to resolve any problems.
As regards the delivery address of the package, we recommend our kind Customers to report the address where you are physically present, alternatively opt for the address of your workplace, or another family member, etc. , carefully filling in all the data (house number, surname on the doorbell, extension number, scale, etc.) to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier, we advise the Customer to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and does not present any damage or obvious alterations. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by the Customer who must put in writing the words "CONTROL RESERVE" on the copy of the document that remains with the courier, specifying the reason in as much detail as possible: the type of damage, the package number, etc. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the characteristics of what was delivered. Bon Bon is not liable in any case for damages not reported following the aforementioned procedure.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the Products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting Bon Bon who will open a case of damage, theft or anomaly necessary for the replacement of the goods.
In the case of damaged goods, in order to verify the presence and extent of damage to the physical integrity of the Products caused by transport, everything must necessarily be documented by photography in digital format, to be attached to the communication addressed to Bon Bon together with the scan of the courier's bulletin with the specifications of the reserve. In any case no responsibility can be attributed to Bon Bon in case of delay in processing the order or in delivering what was ordered.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are free for orders over €80.00.
For orders of an amount less than €80.00 the Customer will be required to pay delivery costs which will depend on the destination, weight and volume of the products. Shipping costs will be clearly highlighted in the cart when placing the order; in the case of multiple products the costs are calculated based on the sum of the weight of the Products.

Italy: €7, free over €80 spent
Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland): €15, free over €180 spent.
Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czechia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain) €19, free over €180 spent.
Zone 3 (Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden) €25, free over €180 spent.
For EU orders and shipping: import taxes or fees are totally up to the client. We can't control custom fees or taxes which are set different among all countries. If the order comes back because of refusal, we will refund the amount except for the shipping paid and for the return.
We draw the attention of the kind Customer to the days in which the courier, according to its terms of service, does not make deliveries:
- on Saturdays and Sundays
- on public holidays during the week
- during the holiday closure period established by the category of hauliers
- on the days and times in which circulation on urban and/or extra-urban roads is prohibited by administrative provision
- on days when, by local custom or by order of the Public Administration, warehouses and/or offices, shops and companies remain closed
- due to force majeure or fortuitous events
Pick up at the store Bon Bon in Verona
Thanks to this solution, you can make online purchases on www.bonbonverona.it and collect the ordered Products directly from the store Bon Bon, located in Via Cappello, 12A - 37121 Verona. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, the Customer will receive a phone call or an email and at that point he can come and collect the purchased Products.
By taking advantage of this opportunity, no shipping costs will be incurred by the Customer.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. Products ordered specifically for the Customer and customized products are exempt.
The Right of Withdrawal is not permitted to legal entities (e.g. companies, retailers, etc.) and to natural persons acting for purposes related to their commercial activity.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must simply send toBon Bon a communication to this effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be sent by email to info@bonbonverona.it, or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, addressed to:

Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, Bon Bon will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions for returning the Products, which will take place within 10 working days of receiving the return instructions; the costs of redelivery will be entirely borne by the Customer, as will the cost incurred for the first delivery shipment, which will not be refunded.
The Right of Withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to Products purchased in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the Products purchased;
- shipping costs (both outward and return) are always borne by the Customer;
- the Products of Bon Bon they are sold in special packages, in some cases of particular value and merit with a specific process; these packages are considered an integral part of the Products. Therefore, in order for the Customer to properly exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories to limit damage to the original packaging).
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt at Bon Bon, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Bon Bon will promptly notify the Customer;
- Bon Bon is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of the returned Products;
- upon his arrival at Bon Bon, the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or the original packaging are damaged, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal as indicated below.
For Products returned intact, Bon Bon will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, by bank transfer or credit card, within 14 days of returning the Product. It will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
The Customer will lose the Right of Withdrawal for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the Products (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Bon Bon ascertain:
- the lack or damage of the external packaging;
- the lack of the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the Product (accessories, parts);
- damage to the Product for reasons other than its transport
In the event of forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal, Bon Bon will return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging the shipping costs and will not refund the price paid.
Request to replace an item
The replacement procedure for a Product or one of its components may be activated as a result of the occurrence of one of the following hypotheses:
- was mistakenly shipped by Bon Bon a Product different from the one the Customer ordered and, therefore, not present in his order. If this hypothesis occurs, the Customer must refrain from opening the package and immediately report to Bon Bon the error via email in order to allow appropriate checks;
- the purchased Product does not appear to be working from the first use;
- the Product is incomplete in some components listed on the Site. In each of the cases listed above the shipping costs will be borne by Bon Bon and the return shipment will be made via express courier.
The Customer who decides to request the replacement of a Product should contact us before organizing the return shipment Bon Bon to the email address Bon Bon reserves the right to inspect the Product before accepting or rejecting the return. If all the required conditions are respected, the Customer will be replaced with the Product as quickly as possible. Just in case Bon Bon does not have the Product to be replaced available, it will refund the price of the Product within 10 days of receiving the Product by bank transfer, upon communication of the bank details by the Customer.
If the return conditions as set out in this article are not respected, the returned Product will not be accepted and the Customer may choose to have the purchased Product returned, bearing the redelivery costs. In case of refusal of the shipment Bon Bon reserves the right to retain the Product and the corresponding amount.
Force majeure
Bon Bon shall not be deemed to be in default of its obligations if performance is delayed due to a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of Bon Bon, such as: natural events, terrorist acts, storms, floods, fires, riots, acts of sabotage, trade ban, strike, power outage, equipment failure, delays in transportation due to the same causes as Force Majeure, orders from civil authorities, acts, regulations, ordinances, of any government authority, acts of war, interruptions of Internet service, acts or omissions of the Customer. Contractual deadlines are postponed for the time necessary to overcome the consequences of a Force Majeure event. In the event that the Force Majeure event lasts for more than 1 month, both parties may terminate the contract and the parties will agree in good faith on the consequences of such termination.
Product compliance
Bon Bon declares that all the Products present in the catalog and marketed comply with the standards and are approved according to the regulations of the European Union. Bon Bon is not liable in the event of any non-compliance with the standards of countries not belonging to the European Union and/or their lack of approval of the Products themselves in said countries.
Privacy

The Customer declares and guarantees the following:
- to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
- to be of age;
- that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
Complaints
Any complaints must be addressed to BB srl, via Cappello, 12A - 37121 Verona.
Competent court
This sales contract is intended to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes arising from the conclusion, interpretation and execution of this Contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Verona.
