Bon Bon Verona offers you the possibility of paying in various ways: by credit card, by prepaid card and by PayPal account.
Are there any risks in making a payment by credit card?
The risks are practically zero; in fact, the credit card data does not pass through our server but is sent directly in encrypted form to the Secure Server (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) of our Bank or to the secure system provided by PayPal.
Is there a price list for resellers?
No, Bon Bon sells directly to private individuals.

How can I know if my order has been received by Bon Bon?

Yes, after placing your order online, Bon Bon gives you the opportunity to collect the purchased goods directly from our warehouse located in Verona. For more information read here.
Do I have the possibility to return an item?
Yes, unused items still in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of receipt. To find out how to do this, please see our instructions and returns information here. Personalized items cannot be returned.
