Lo zaino è stupendo ed è arrivato in tempi record! Materiali e cuciture sono fatti davvero molto bene e si vede subito la cura nei dettagli. Ho scelto anche alcune patch da applicare e sono state posizionate benissimo, con gusto e attenzione.
Una nota super positiva anche per il servizio clienti, che ho avuto modo di contattare: velocissimi nelle risposte e di una gentilezza davvero rara.

Ho acquistato lo zaino Blu Small per mio figlio, che lo userà per la scuola materna, e sono davvero molto soddisfatta! È pratico, della giusta dimensione per un bambino e davvero carino.
Inoltre, avevo dimenticato di indicare nell’ordine la disposizione delle lettere e ho scritto una mail al negozio anche per chiedere di cambiare il colore. Sono stati super gentili, disponibili e velocissimi nel venirmi incontro e nel modificare l’ordine.
